Smash Bros. may have more DLC after Mewtwo

For the past few months, we have known that Mewtwo will be coming to Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U as DLC. He will be given to players who own both the 3DS and Wii U copy of the game, or will be available for purchase. In addition, series creator Masahiro Sakurai stated that he was not working on any additional characters as of last month.
