Nintendo Game Boy
Nintendo seem to have plans to bring them back to life, through an initiative rather special. In database USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) has made its appearance a patent, dedicated to what may be in effect defined as a real emulator, to be integrated into mobile devices (through an app) or in panels that are located on the seats of airplanes or trains. In other words, the company’s Super Mario aims to provide entertainment of a platform, such as the historic GB in a rather unusual form. It should be noted that the first version of the intellectual property has been filed years ago, with the latest update to recent events. Therefore, the project is under consideration for some time now.
Usually emulators available for smartphones and tablets are short-lived or are eliminated shortly after their debut for copyright reasons. They are totally useless without downloading the ROM, an operation not strictly legal. For clarity, it should be specified that the Japanese company already offers the ability to access their catalog gaming more dated, selling a series of titles NES, SNES and Nintendo Game Boy through the virtual store Wii, Wii U and 3DS. In this case, however, the purpose is different, since the use of the games is not bound in any way to the possession of a Nintendo. By now, the leaders of the company have not come for the moment confirmations about the initiative.
