In recent years, it’s been Indie Games that have surprised us,
brought joy to our gaming systems and has us eager for what the next
studio will bring us. 2015 just like 2014 is shaping up to be a
fantastic year for Indie Games, here’s a list of some of the games you
should be keeping an eye on in 2015.
*Note: The list will be updated every quarter of 2015 as new games are announced and games on the list are released.
No Mans Sky
This science fiction, survival game by Hello Games takes place in an
infinite procedurally generated universe and would take a multitude of
lifetimes to explore and discover all of its hidden mysteries. However,
unless players strategically prepare for unforeseen events in these
dangerous environments, with a lack of the proper resources, they my
find one of their lives in peril. It is the combination of a survival
game paired with such stunning graphics and groundbreaking procedural
generation technology that puts
No Mans Sky and placed it at number _ in our most anticipated games for 2015.
Firewatch
Firewatch by Campo Santo Studios depicts a mystery in the Wyoming wilderness that draws Henry out from his
Firewatch perch
into the wild unknown. His only lifeline is his supervisor, Delilah,
now simply the voice on the other end of a handheld radio and every
choice he makes affects his relationship with her for either better or
worse. It is how this emotional gripping roller coaster has left so much
unknown that has some of the team at TwoDashStash excited.
Titan Souls
Equal parts
Shadow of the Collosus and
Dark Souls,
Titan Souls
aims to give us a challenge we wont forget any time soon. With only one
hp-point and one arrow, players are tasked with defeating a series of
titans. Which is why you should prepare to die over and over again when
Titan Souls arrives in 2015.
Below
This one is still burrowed in mystery, and that’s exactly how the developers like it.
Below
puts you in a giant mystery and doesn’t give you much answers – because
they want you to find them on your own. The depths of this game is said
to be huge, how much you find is up to you.

The Banner Saga 2
The
first game is beloved by many for its fantastic animation style and
deep, consequential, gameplay. The fact that it’s harder than Dark Souls 2
probably added to its appeal. With the game ending on a cliffhanger,
and a huge amount of world building setting up a universe, the
announcement of the sequel pleased many. We can’t wait to see where this
saga ends.
